ScienceofSpeed offers a free core-exchange program for products that use
factory cores for modification. This program allows our customers to
have the product on hand for installation, eliminating down time of
their vehicle.
Customers are charged a core charge at the time of the order. Once the
product is returned (see details below), customers are issued a credit
memo and a refund generally in 3-5 business days. Refunds will be made
by way of the original payment method. If not possible, the refund will
be made by check in US funds.
Please note: In order for us to offer this program, we must have these
cores returned to ScienceofSpeed within 30 days from the date of
delivery. If a core is not returned within 30 days from the date of
delivery, ScienceofSpeed locates a replacement core to use with this
program.
Core charges can not be
refunded after 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. |
