offers blueprinted installation of aftermarket final drive gear sets and
differentials into the S2000 differential case.
Make sure that your final drive gears are installed properly - final
drive installation requires special experience and tools. Our experience and special tools allows us to properly install the final
drive gear set. In addition to cleaning and the installation of the
final drive gears, we set and verify turning torque, back lash, and
verify tooth contact with contact indicator compound. We also offer installation of reinforced differential
housings (shown here) and aftermarket LSDs (shown here).
Our price includes new factory crush collar, the two pinion shaft
bearing assemblies, pinion spacer, input oil seal, & axle oil seals.
Vehicles with high miles (100k+) should consider replacement of the
differential carrier bearings (please indicate this when you place your
order).
We offer a usual 24-48 business hour turn around from the receipt of
your differential assembly.
Differential assembly removal or reinstallation into your vehicle is not
included, but can be performed at our Tempe, AZ facility. This price
does not include the final drive or LSD parts. Customer supplied parts
extra.
