ARP is the foremost authority on high
performance automotive fastener components.
ScienceofSpeed offers ARP Head & Main
Studs. These replace the factory bolts with a high strength threaded
stud, 12-pt nut, and washer kit. ARP's exclusive defect-free chromoly steel
alloy material is used which reduces stretch under load for high
horsepower and high RPM operation. Torque consistency is improved and
stretching is reduced improving head gasket seal & crankshaft seating.
Please note that main bores must be inspected and line honed when using
the main studs.
Kit includes all 16 studs, 12-pt nuts, and washers. ScienceofSpeed
includes packet of moly lube for installation with kit. |
