The LoveFab Turbocharger System is the
ultimate solution for big horsepower on the NSX. The system is our
preferred package for high horsepower where reliability is a
requirement. This system's reliability is resulting from a culmination of
extensive on dyno, on track, and on street testing. The test systems now
have over 50,000 hard miles of durability testing.
What sets this system apart from others is the unique mounting design
that minimizes stress and vibration to the components to maximize
durability and the numerous custom built components that allow a
drop-installation.
Power is easily produced between 400-700 wheel horsepower depending on
engine build. |

The system is centered around a specially
spec'd ball bearing turbocharger that is oil cooled and with optional
water cooling. Mounted on the right rear of the NSX, pressurized air is
delivered to a water cooled intercooler, chilled, and then delivered to
the intake throttle body.
All components are designed to fasten to existing factory locations
including the turbo system and piping, rear mounted intercooler, front
mount heat exchanger and water pump assembly, and oiling system.
Premium components have been utilized including full stainless steel
mandrel bend piping, V band clamps, TIAL wastegate and blow off valve,
and mandrel bent aluminum charge piping. Custom built intercooler and
heat exchanger allows direct fitment into the right rear quarter panel
and behind the front bumper respectively. Included oil pump and water
pump assemblies mount to directly factory components for a clean easy
installation. |

The system requires and includes full
standalone engine management courtesy of the AEM EMS. The system also
includes all fuel components including pump and injectors as well as the
turbo wastegate electric solenoid valve. |

|
|
|
|
Engine builds
as described here are highly
recommended before this system is installed. Engine build, installation,
and tuning is separate. |
|
|
Customers with approved aftermarket
headers and factory 1997-1999 exhaust manifolds can receive a discount
as these parts are included in the pricing. This system is produced for
off road use only on non-emissions controlled vehicles.
At this time, ScienceofSpeed is offering local installation on this
product only. Systems will be available to be shipped in July. |
