ScienceofSpeed Pulley for Comptech Supercharger

ScienceofSpeed manufactured pulleys are made for Comptech Supercharger Systems. The pulleys are available for systems based on either the Whipple Supercharger or Autorotor Supercharger. The smaller pulleys allow increased pressure for additional performance when used with additional fueling and engine control components.

Performance increase varies from 20-40 hp depending on if aftermarket stand alone engine management (such as AEM EMS) is used.

Pulleys are precision machined from lightweight 6061 aluminum and feature a hard anodized black coating that prevents wear.

Note that measurements are taken on the top of the pulley teeth. Pressure ratings depend on a variety of factors including supercharger system efficiency, displacement, and ambient air density.

86mm (Comptech "high boost")

Approximate pressure:
3.0L NSX: 8.5 psi
3.2L NSX: 7.5 psi

370cc injectors
shorter supercharger belt (sold separately below)

(note: due to the increased CFM generated by the Autorotor supercharger, we do not recommend the installation of this pulley on NSXes with out standalone engine management such as the AEM EMS. Further, we recommend the pulley to only be used on engines built with lower compression forged pistons.)
