Tired, high mileage engine? For the customer looking to refresh his or her engine back to factory specifications, ScienceofSpeed offers the factory refresh program.

In our turn key program, ScienceofSpeed will tear-down, modify, and rebuild engine. Cylinder blocks with age ovalize at the thrust points from wear. As a part of the refresh, the cylinder block is bored and honed to bring back the factory perfect circular cylinder bore. Rather than using the factory oversized piston/rod assembly (which costs over $6000.00 for the set) ScienceofSpeed replaces the factory pistons with a set of forged aluminum pistons. Our forged pistons offer the best performance, durability, and oil consumption properties of any aftermarket piston available. In addition, all wear items including seals, gaskets, & bearings are replaced to bring engine to fully rebuilt condition. Once completed, engine is ready for installation.

Turn-key program includes new timing belt. New water pump and oil pump can be added.

Complete refreshed 3.0L engine is designed for 1991-96 M/T and 1991-2005 A/T (C30A) engines.

Precision blueprinted assembly including pistons, cylinder head studs, and new seals, gaskets & bearings.
