ScienceofSpeed balances the full rotating
assembly as a part of our custom engine program.
The pistons and rods are first best matched and then equalized by
grinding material off the piston and/or rod eventually equalizing the
weights within .5 grams. Crankshaft journals are polished and oil
distribution holes are chamfered for better flow.
Bob-weights can be knife edged with lighter rotating assemblies. Please
inquire for services available. |
