Cantrell Concepts Ultra-lite Engine Covers

Cantrell Concepts Ultra-lite Engine Covers are hand-crafted replacement engine covers that replace the coupe and targa engine covers. Not only do they save weight, but they add a very exotic touch to your NSX, allowing you to display the exotic mid-ship power-plant of the NSX.

Several varieties of the engine covers are available. Carbon fiber engine covers feature high quality and high gloss carbon fiber that can be left unpainted. FRP versions feature a semi-gloss black gel-coat finish. We recommend painting the FRP engine covers.

The engine covers are available with a center, full, or combination windows. A carbon fiber uncut version is also available. The carbon fiber engine covers are available either mesh, lexan, or a combination of both. The FRP engine covers are available with mesh in a single or three window design. The center and three window designs with the lexan inserts are very evocative of the engine bay covers featured on Ferrari vehicles.

These engine covers feature high quality construction that even the high-priced Japanese engine covers can not match. The engine covers feature stainless steel mounting hardware.

Targa NSX owners: the Cantrell Engine Covers are available for targas. An additional hardware kit will be required for fitting which we offer. The targa top may be safely placed in the trunk. The engine covers are compatible with the targa top strut brace.
