Downforce HEPA Filter Clean Air Cowl System

The Downforce HEPA Filter Clean Air Cowl System brings a feature to the NSX that is present on nearly all well equipped vehicles today - filtered cabin air. By integrating a HEPA filter into the fresh air vent duct located in the front of the car, dust, pollen, and other debris is eliminated from air in the car.

Aside from cleaning cabin air, the filter also reduces the amount of common dust build up on the interior of the NSX.

The front plastic cowl trim is replaced by either a black gelcoat FRP or carbon fiber panel. Integrated is a separate filter box that retains the included HEPA air filter. The filter used is larger than normal to provide a large filtering surface.

The carbon fiber cowl is an extremely attractive replacement for the factory plastic cowl trim panel.

The system includes a new front cowl trim panel, filter box, and HEPA grade cabin filter. Installation is straight forward and can be accomplished in under a half hour.
