The Downforce engine cover
is the perfect way to showcase your exotic vehicle's mid engine lay out.
The cover is a direct replacement for the factory cover saving 4 lbs for
coupe and 8 lbs for targa top cars. The cover reuses the factory rubber
gasket and hinges making it a plug and play product.
The cover is available with cut outs or with optional pre-installed
lexan panels. The lexan panels must be ordered at the time of ordering
the engine cover. The panels are available in clear or smoked lexan as
shown below.
Targa cars must order the optional targa fitting kit which includes
compatible hinge hardware. This cover does not allow placement of the
targa top over the engine. It can be wrapped and placed in the trunk.
This cover is compatible with Comptech superchargers.
