Ray's Engineering of Japan offers the Volk Racing Forged Monoblock
series of wheels. The forged monoblock series is the pinnancle of
lightweight high strength wheel engineering. Rays Engineering is a wheel
supplier to Formula 1 racing and the advanced technology directly
translates into the Volk Racing Forged Monoblock series (click
for manufacturing process video).
Volk Racing RE30
Rays Engineering presents the new RE30 - directly derived from Rays
Formula 1 program. 30% increased rigidity compared to Rays prior forged
designs with a lighter mass. The wheel is available in 16/17, 17/17,
17/18, and 18/19" sizes. The wheel can be configured for big brakes,
factory body, or wide body applications.
Center Caps
The wheels include valve stems, centering rings, and lug nuts. The
center caps are optional. This wheel is compatible with both "flat
style" and "GT-Style" center caps. Please

Colors standard colors: these are available at no extra charge. Each wheel has
it's own "standard colors" which are listed below.
optional colors: the following optional
colors are available by special order. There is a small charge of $30.00 per wheel for
these colors: Gloss Black, Diamond Black (gloss metallic), Matte Black
(same as "Time Attack Black"), Chrome Silver (gloss), Titanium Silver (matte), Titanium
Gunmetal (matte), Mercury Silver (gloss), Silver (gloss), Gold (gloss),
Noble Gold (gloss - silver with slight gold tint), White (gloss).
The new "racing equipment" line of wheel derived from Rays
Engineering Formula 1 testing. 30% increase in rigidity compared to
the TE-37 and CE-28N wheel with out addition of mass. Clean "split
seven spoke" design.
