Defi Gauges & Displays

Defi gauges and displays are like no other. These professional Japanese made gauges and displays utilize a unique fully digital architecture. Unlike other "analog" gauges, the Defi gauges and displays a "Defi-Link" system consisting of a main computer brain controlling individual gauges all by wire. Each gauge's sending or input unit is located at the source (i.e.. intake boot for a boost gauge) and the signal is relayed to the main computer unit by wire, which is then relayed to the gauge unit. This system results in very accurate output and simplified installation.

Defi-Link Control Unit I designed for Defi-Link gauges only (BF series meters supported by Control Unit II).

New Defi-Link Control Unit II is an update to the Defi-Link Control Unit I.

New control unit allows up to 7 gauges
2 data channels allow support for Defi-Link meters and Defi-Link BF meters (BF gauges require Control Unit II)
Allows 3 minute "recording function" where gauge output is recorded into memory, and can be replayed for analysis
Nighttime operation matches BF gauge display
Warning function via LED available on each individual gauge along with a master warning LED and buzzer for one master gauge (i.e.. engine temperature)

Available in white and black, these gauges are controlled digitally by either the Defi-Link Control Unit I or II. These gauges are available in 52mm (2 1/16" SAE) and 60mm. Most display functions are available in metric and SAE units.

New! New Defi-Link BF series meters use a patented electro-luminescent display system similar to gauges found on luxury cars. Gauges transition from dark to bright on startup and proceed through a stepped shut down procedure once switched off.

5 step brightness control. Requires Defi-Link Control Unit II.
