The Japanese market Honda NSX-R and Type-S versions of the NSX are
equipped with special seats made by Recaro in Germany. The seats use a
lightweight autoclaved carbon Kevlar shell. The Type-S uses a leather
covering with Alcantera inserts. The NSX-R uses a breathable velour type
material. The seats have an embroidered Recaro logo. These seats are
extremely comfortable for racing buckets offering the perfect balance
between comfort and driver support.
Special powered sliding rails are manufactured especially for these
seats by Honda. They feature fore and aft powered movement.
These seats are made by special order.
