design that offers the easiest and least intrusive installation. |

Design |
 The components used
are manufactured by Hertz (speakers) and Audison (amplifiers) -
divisions of Elettromedia Italy. ScienceofSpeed worked in conjunction
with Elettromedia to select specific components that perfectly suit both
the NSX cabin and the customer's intended purpose. Audiophiles will
recognize the Hertz and Audison brands as industry leaders. The Hertz
speakers work perfectly in conjunction with the Audison amplifiers which
offer our new systems a smaller less intrusive installation. In
addition, our newly released all-composite subwoofer enclosure offers
even more subwoofer volume with decreased intrusion into the passenger
footwell.
There are three major components of each system: |

The Stage 1 Coaxial system is for the NSX
owners who wants the least intrusive installation with out the need to
cut the door panels for the tweeters. The tweets are mounted coaxially
over the main speaker. |

 Building in sound
quality, the Stage 1 Separates allows the user to place the tweets an
ideal position closer to the ear of the driver and passengers for ideal
sound stage.

Now included in our newly revamped system
is the ScienceofSpeed Subwoofer Enclosure. Featuring an all-composite
design, this enclosure was molded off the factory floorpan to replace
the existing factory subwoofer enclosure. This enclosure features a
rigid FRP design with floating fasteners with an increased .63 cu/ft of
volume. This design results in the best low frequency response from the
woofer with less than one inch of reduced foot room! The difference in
how the car looks in the interior compared to stock is nearly identical,
but the sound reproduction is in a whole new class! Subwoofer includes
rigid grill for mounting. |

Head unit connection harness: |

ScienceofSpeed offers a pre-made harness
for factory stereo head units
or aftermarket head units.
These harnesses allow installation with out cutting the factory
electrical harness. Please choose either depending on which head unit
you will be installing. |
