Gauge Fitting Parts

Through our experience of installing gauge systems into the NSX, we have developed and tested several gauge fitting parts for the NSX. This allows users to install the gauge sensors included with such gauges from manufactures like Defi, Spa, Greddy, Apex'i, etc. with out modifying or creating new parts. Teflon tape should be used with pipe thread fittings.

water temp sensor:

Installs inline to engine coolant output hose. Allows you to monitor water temp as it exits the engine at it's warmest point. Accepts 1/8 NPT sensor. Use Teflon tape for sealing pipe thread.

fuel pressure sensor:

Billet stainless steel banjo bolt replaces factory banjo bolt. 1/8 NPT thread, mounts sensor on top of fuel filter for accurate fuel system pressure reading. Use Teflon tape for sealing pipe thread. We supply two new crush washers for installation with this adaptor.

oil sandwich adaptor

Custom billet aluminum sandwich adaptor kit for the NSX designed to allow the oil flow to be bypassed to an oil cooler (click here for more information). An Accusump oil accumulator may be used (click here for more information) in line to this adaptor.

This is a special low profile design manufactured by ScienceofSpeed for the NSX. Unlike other "generic" sandwich adaptors this unit covers the whole factory o-ring and is much thinner allowing either the factory NSX filter or shorter Legend-style filters to be used.

Includes two 1/8" NPT ports for sensors (plugs included) and is designed with 1/2" NPT in and outlet ports compatible with AN-8 and AN-10 fittings. Adaptor also includes o-ring seal and machined center bolt.
