ScienceofSpeed has developed a new
innovative sliding seat rail kit that allows side-mount aftermarket
seats to be installed in the NSX. Previously, only narrow seats could be
installed into the NSX on sliding rails. These new seat rails allow both
wider seats such as the Recaro Pole Position as well as narrower seats
such as the Recaro SPG and Sparco REV to be installed. |

These new sliding seat rails feature superior
build quality compared to other sliding rails. Powdercoated aluminum and steel
construction results in a durable finish. Large ball bearings result in a smooth
sliding action. Rails are positioned parallel to the ground allowing easy
forward and aft movement. Adaptable bases allow both wide and narrower seats to
be installed. Even wider seats such as the Recaro Pole Position fit between the
sliding rails resulting in maximum headroom clearance. Seat belt brackets have
built-in track for factory seat belt retainer as well as an additional bolt hole
for clip-in and bolt-in harness belts. Compatible with both left hand and right
hand drive NSX. |
