Factory Bose Amplifier Repair

Loud popping, screeching, or no sound at all coming from your factory Bose speakers? The failure is very common in the NSX and is due to circuitry failing in the speaker amplifiers. There are 3 amplifier units found in the NSX. One in each door speaker and one in the subwoofer assembly found in the passenger's foot well.

We repair these circuit boards installing new capacitors and other components that allows the stereo system to again function properly. Each amplifier is tested and verified before shipping.

We offer the repair via three methods:

amplifier core exchange: we will send you the amplifier unit (shown above). Replace with your existing unit, and send your core back to us in exchange. Core charge is refundable as long as the core is returned 30 days from the date of receipt of the new unit. No down time.

order ipp-892 for the subwoofer
amplifier repair: we will repair the amplifier unit you send in. No core exchange. Turn around time is 1-2 weeks.

order ipp-893 for either the driver's or pass speaker
order ipp-894 for the subwoofer
send in complete door speakers & subwoofer: if you would like to have us open your door speakers or subwoofer to exchange the amplifiers, please select this option. Turn around time (depending on stock) is 1-2 weeks. We send you back the completed speaker assembly ready for reinstallation. You will receive your original speakers back. Please inquire before sending in your speakers for stock status.
