ScienceofSpeed Link Engine Management System - NSX, 1995-05 (M/T only)


The ScienceofSpeed Link Engine Management System is a full-featured programmable engine control solution for your 1995-05 manual transmission NSX race car. The system replaces the factory power control module with a plug-and-play solution from Link Engine Management that even bolts to the factory mounting location. The system features full programmable engine control (fuel, ignition, VTEC, intake air bypass, traction control, and other features) making it ideal for supercharged, turbocharged, or high-performance naturally aspirated engine control.

This product is not designed or intended for pollution controlled vehicles. In the United States, the use of this product is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency under the Clean Air Act. Use of this product must be used in accordance with the Clean Air Act, and any other Federal, State, or Local mandated regulations. The use of this product must only be used on a vehicle in sanctioned competition events and may not be used on public roads, streets, or highways. A Vehicle Compliance Waiver is required for all products marked "Racing Competition Only".  This product replaces the factory ECU, so the factory OBD system is not longer functional.


  • Plug-and-play installation: directly connects to factory engine wire harness.
  • Mounts to factory ECU location: directly mounts to factory mounting location.
  • Full engine control: volumetric efficiency fuel, ignition, intake air bypass (IAB) control, traction control, launch control, and other engine control features. Advanced volumetric efficiency model allows precision closed-loop fuel feedback, especially when an optional fuel pressure sensor is added.
  • Closed loop VTEC control: programmable VTEC settings using the factory pressure switches to verify VTEC function.
  • Traction control: built-in traction control system compatible with factory "traction control" switch or multi-position aftermarket switch and traction control status lamp.
  • Check Engine Light diagnostics: uses the factory CEL lamp to notify the driver when a situation like a sensor fault occurs. Fault codes blink the related error code just as with the factory PCM.
  • Convenient accessory wiring: the included bussing module and accessory connectors allows easy addition of aftermarket sensors or CAN devices.
  • Advanced engine protection: built-in engine protection for knock, lean, or overheating conditions. Add additional protection with the addition of fuel pressure, oil pressure, and oil temperature sensors.
  • Datalogging: high speed on-board datalogging or PC based datalogging.

  • Wideband oxygen sensors: choose from single (for single turbochargers) or dual (supercharged, twin turbocharged, or naturally aspirated). Widebands mount in engine bay with zip ties. Upgrade the installation by adding the ScienceofSpeed dual wideband mounting kit.
  • Fuel pressure sensor & installation kit: the volumetric efficiency modeled ECU greatly benefits from a fuel pressure sensor, and adds additional engine protection should a fuel pump begin to fail. Kit includes 0-100 PSI stainless steel body sensor and installation kit.
  • Throttle body: the factory throttle body includes a 64mm throttle blade. Three throttle body sizes are available, depending on the coupler you wish to use.
    • 65mm: compatible with factory rubber coupler. Ideal for naturally aspirated or supercharged applications compatible with the factory coupler (this is the standard throttle body included in the ScienceofSpeed Stage 2 TVS Supercharger System.
    • 70mm: not compatible with the factory rubber coupler. Requires a 3" coupler (not included). This is the standard throttle body included with the ScienceofSpeed Twin Turbocharger System.
    • 75mm: designed exclusively for the ScienceofSpeed TVS Supercharger System. Not compatible with the factory intake manifold. Requires the ScienceofSpeed TVS Supercharger System.
