The iLIFT® system is the most advanced and robust suspension lift system on the market.
By rapidly raising the vehicle, the lift system eliminates vehicle damage from scrapes on speed bumps, steep driveways, or other road obstacles. Raising the vehicle also results in increase in passenger mobility by allowing the driver and passenger to more easily enter and exit low vehicles.
The iLIFT Intelligent Suspension Lift System is unlike any suspension lift system on the market with these unique features:
- High Performance Technology: Featuring patented actuator & seal technology - the iLIFT Suspension Lift System lifts your car faster with smaller, more compact components compared to any other system on the market.
- Intelligent ECU with Wifi: The intelligent iLIFT ECU constantly monitors system parameters including system pressures to optimize system performance for your vehicle. Use wifi to easily configure your system wirelessly. An environmentally sealed enclosure means the ECU can be mounted in or outside the cabin. With the iLIFT ECU - you can use the factory cruise control switches to raise and lower the vehicle - with out the need to drill a hole for a new switch. The system monitors cruise system status - when the cruise main switch is on - the factory cruise control works as it normally would. When the cruise main switch is off - the switches are repurposed to be used to raise and lower the vehicle.
- Durability: The iLIFT Suspension Lift System uses high quality, OEM-grade components like the German-made OEM-quality air compressor.
Front Only or Front & Rear:
The iLIFT Suspension Lift System can be configured to lift the front suspension or both the front and rear suspension. Lifting the front of the car protects the front bumper and spoiler – typically the parts most prone to damage. Cars with very low ground clearance, or with low rear overhanging diffusers and exhausts can further benefit from lifting both the front and rear.
The iLIFT Suspension Lift System can be activated with either the factory cruise control switch or the included rocker switch. When using the factory cruise control switch – the iLIFT system monitors cruise control system status. When cruise main is on – cruise control switches work for cruise control functions. When cruise main if off – the switches are used to raise and lower the vehicle. The vehicle will lower once it is detected that the obstacle has passed. This system is activated whenever the vehicle is driven under 25 mph.
The iLIFT air tank & air control assembly are mounted under the rear left quarter panel and the air compressor below the rear right quarter panel.
Top Mount & Bushing Kit:
The iLIFT actuator is compatible with shock absorbers, like KW Variant 3, that use the factory top mounts. If factory top mounts are used – a required high-performance bushing set is available separately to be used with the factory tops. The factory top mounts must be modified to remove the lower lip. Factory top mounts including the high-performance bushing set, modified by iLIFT, are available separately.
Bushing kits are available for shock absorbers with 10mm shafts (like KW Variant 3) and 12mm shafts (like JRZ).
iLIFT actuators are also compatible with shock absorbers that include top mounts – however, the top mount must be designed to allow all load to be placed on the center joint, and compatible with the iLIFT actuator. Click here for more information on top mount and iLIFT actuator compatibility.
