drivability:
The Sport 275 Clutch & Flywheel Kit is designed to be as smooth as a factory clutch with notable improvements. Using a patented ball-bearing actuated pressure plate design, the ScienceofSpeed Sport Clutches have smooth engagement with a more precise pedal feel compared to a factory clutch. Pedal pressure remains identical to a factory clutch. Avoid other aftermarket clutches that make your NSX driving experience unpleasant!

performance:
The ScienceofSpeed Sport 275 Clutch & Flywheel Kit is rated for 275 lb/ft at the engine (the factory NSX 3.0L engine produces 210 lb/ft and the 3.2L engine produces 225 lb/ft). This makes the clutch ideal for the factory powered ("all stock") NSX as well as the mildly modified NSX up to around 350 wheel horsepower.

Including a lightweight flywheel, the ScienceofSpeed Sport 275 Clutch & Flywheel reduces the rotating weight by 11 lbs compared to the 1991-96 factory clutch assembly and 19 lbs compared to the 1997-2005 factory clutch assembly. This results in an optimal balance of improved engine response while maintaining good drivability characteristics.
