ScienceofSpeed Factory-Replacement Catalytic Converter Set for Forced Induction Engines - NSX, 1991-05

Direct-replacement catalytic converters for forced induction (supercharged or turbocharged) engines. These converters are direct replacements for factory 1991-94, 1995-99, and 2000-05 NSX converters and feature high-quality EPA-approved catalytic converters. This catalytic converter is not CARB approved for use in California.

These converters feature substrate specifically designed for the high temperatures created by forced induction applications (for naturally aspirated engines, click here). The converters also feature stainless steel flanges designed and manufactured by ScienceofSpeed. 1991-94 applications include required hardware. 1995-05 applications are compatible with the factory hardware. 

Note: The catalytic converter used in this product is designed for high temperature forced induction use. However, running excessively rich mixtures, generally less than 11:1 AFR, can cause unburnt fuel to enter the catalytic converter, ignite, and melt the substrate. This is particularly a problem with Comptech / CT-Engineering Superchargers that may be running excessively rich mixtures. Damage from excessively rich mixtures is not covered under the standard ScienceofSpeed, LLC limited warranty.
