The ScienceofSpeed TS-MAX Front Mount Air-Air Intercooler Kit is the same intercooler kit from the ScienceofSpeed TS-MAX Turbocharger System. It offers easy mounting using factory mounting locations with a compact yet efficient air-air intercooler, cold charge tubes, couplers, and all required hardware.

The intercooler may be used with any turbocharger or centrifugal supercharger system. The hot side tubes must be made for which ever turbocharger or supercharger system is used (since the placement will be different depending on the brand).
Includes
- Bar and plate aluminum intercooler (rated for 575 BHP, however it has been successfully used up to 700 BHP, core: 24" x 9.25" x 3.25").
- Stainless steel mounting brackets & hardware.
- Cold side aluminum top & bottom charge tubes.
- Silicone couplers (intercooler outlet, charge tubes, and throttle body).
- Set of stainless steel smooth hose clamps designed for silicone.
- The system does not include a blow off valve and the charge tubes are provided as bare aluminum (as the flange for the valve you wish to use will need to be welded on).
- ScienceofSpeed recommends TIAL Q 50mm Blow Off Valve (available separately). Welding of flange is included at no extra charge when blow off valve is purchased.
Options
- Blow off valve (flange welded at no extra cost when a blow-off valve is purchased).
- Air inlet temperature sensor (2000-05 or 2006-09 with stand alone engine management system) or 2006-09 factory air inlet temperature sensor flange.
